Extending Moodle with modules
 Your Moodle platform can be extended with the use of modules.
This article describes the procedure for installing a new module.
Upload
- Find the module that you want to install (typically a .zip file)
- Upload and extract to the /mod directory of your moodle site.
Browse to your site
- Log on as an administrator
- Go to Site Administration > Notifications.
- Moodle will detect your new module directory and automatically update the system.
- Click Continue.
